seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Software Quality Assurance Analyst
to
help deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys testing software, asking the right questions, and working
closely with technical and business teams to improve outcomes.
What You’ll
Do
-
Execute Quality Assurance activities for system
changes, enhancements, and new initiatives.

Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and
requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.

Perform hands-on manual testing and create quality
test cases and scenarios.
-
Execute automated test scripts; automation experience
is a plus.

Conduct regression, system, integration, user
interface, positive/negative, black box, and white box testing.

Support performance, load, and high-level security
testing.

Test APIs, integrations, and microservices-based
solutions.

Work with different databases to validate data and
support issue resolution.

Investigate issues identified in production, user
acceptance testing, or pilot phases.

Document results and log bugs or enhancements.
-
Track defects from identification through to closure
and retest fixes.

Support post-release and post-implementation testing
activities.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other
stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings,
providing clear testing feedback and updates.

Communicate risks, blockers, and concerns openly, and
seek clarity when requirements are unclear.

Follow QA standards, policies, and testing best
practices.

Stay current with new tools, trends, and technologies
while showing a strong willingness to learn.

What You’ll
Need
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
-
At least 3 years of experience in Software QA,
Testing, Development, or a related role
-
Strong knowledge of software testing best practices
and defect management
-
Experience with manual testing; exposure to
automation is an advantage
-
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern
development environments such as microservices
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Professional, respectful, transparent, and confident
in sharing feedback

Experience in the financial sector

ISTQB Foundation Certification, or willingness to
obtain it within the first 6 months

Exposure to Agile, DevOps, programming, or test
automation tools
