TEAM LEADER

Objetive

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader is accountable for managing production processes to ensure that quality standards are met in conjunction with maximum production requirements. The Team Leader manages the production staff to operate and control the production process in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

Required Education/Expertise/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Process, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Preferred). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Knowledge of Process Engineering.
• Excellent Supervisory skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
