Are you ready to shape the future of recruiting in one of Jamaica’s fastest-growing markets? As a Recruiting Manager in Montego Bay, you will lead high-volume hiring strategies, develop creative sourcing pipelines, and partner directly with business leaders to deliver the talent needed to fuel success.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire recruiting teams, both onsite and offsite, to deliver on hiring goals for large-scale agent/contact center roles.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies tailored to the Montego Bay market—building and maintaining strong talent pools before the need arises.
• Manage recruiting funnels with precision, using reporting and data tracking to provide insights and drive smarter decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal business partners, ensuring alignment and strong communication throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee the full hiring cycle for high-volume roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments:

• Proven recruiting leadership experience, preferably in contact center/call center hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the Montego Bay talent market and the creativity to source talent in new ways.
• Experience managing both onsite and remote/outsourced recruiting support teams.
• A data-driven mindset with comfort in reporting, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
• Relationship-builder with the ability to partner effectively with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Passion for high-volume recruiting and a proactive approach to building pipelines.
